I’m not a doctor, and complementary therapy isn’t a replacement for medical care. If you have a specific health concern, please speak to your GP first – and if you’re being treated for something, I’m glad to work alongside that, with your medical team’s blessing.
The setting
A treatment room in the South Downs
The therapy room sits within the Riversdown Estate near Warnford, in the Meon Valley, part of the South Downs National Park. It’s quiet, private, and genuinely peaceful – one of the reasons clients keep coming back.
Before or after your session, you can take a walk around the estate or along the public footpath. There are tennis courts and a golf course on site, which clients may use around their session. The hour on the couch is only part of what makes a good session. How you arrive and how you leave matter too.
