What we collect

When you use this website, we may collect:

Enquiry form data: your name, email, phone, therapy of interest, and any information you choose to provide about your health or availability.

The website itself uses no analytics or tracking, so we don’t collect data about how you browse the site.

If you become a client, additional information is collected and kept separately as part of your client record – this is covered by our separate client privacy notice given at your first appointment.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry (lawful basis: consent, given via the form’s consent checkbox).

Who we share it with

Enquiry form data is processed via Web3Forms (our form backend) and delivered to Gemma Holistics by email. Website hosting is provided by Cloudflare. These providers act as data processors and do not use your data for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become appointments are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. If you become a client, client records are kept for 7 years in line with professional practice requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please email gemma@gemmaholistics.co.uk.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe your data has been handled improperly.
